- Credit Card: Pay securely online when booking.
- EFT (Bank Transfer): Select ‘Invoice’ at checkout to receive an invoice with payment details. There’s no need to contact the KCC office.
Please note: Invoices are manually processed by KCC staff and may take up to 2 business days to be emailed to you after your booking is submitted.

KYCK Cancellation Policies
KYCK 1–3
Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 26 February 2027 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
Any accommodation booking cancellations must also be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date of Friday, 26 February 2027. Please see the Accommodation page for specific refund dates.

Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 13 August 2027 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
Please note that KYCK attendees under 18 years of age must attend as part of a supervised church youth group. Individual registrations for people under 18 are not permitted. Registrations made that do not meet these requirements may be cancelled in accordance with the KCC Event Terms and Conditions.
