How to book accommodation
Onsite accommodation opens Wednesday 4 November at 10am (AEDT) through our online ticketing platform.
Check out the options below and have a backup choice ready in case your first option sells out.
We’ve also pulled together some handy tips to make booking smooth!

Payment Options
Credit Card or EFT (Bank Transfer)
- Credit Card: Pay securely online when booking.
- EFT (Bank Transfer): Select ‘Invoice’ at checkout to receive an invoice with payment details. There’s no need to contact the KCC office.
Please note: Invoices are manually processed by KCC staff and may take up to 2 business days to be emailed to you after your booking is submitted.

KYCK 1–3
Accommodation Cancellation Deadline: Friday, 26 February 2027.
Any accommodation booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any accommodation cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 27 February 2026 will be provided a refund according to the below schedule.
