How to pay for tickets

Payment can be via credit card or select the ‘invoice’ option to be emailed an invoice for payment.
Please note, our ticket sales platform allows you to a request an invoice, so you don’t need to call the KCC office.

KYCK Cancellation Policies
KYCK 1-3
Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 28 February 2025 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
Any accommodation booking cancellations must also be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date of Friday, 28 February 2025.Please see the Accommodation page for specific refund dates.
